OOS Membership Form (Adobe Acrobat format)
Print out this form, fill it in and send it with your remittance to the
Membership Secretary to join the OOS.
Standing Order form (Adobe Acrobat format)
Use this form to pay your OOS
subscriptions by Standing Order. Return to the OOS Treasurer.

and email the .XLS file to the OOS System Manager at jonuren@hotmail.com. The file

Rare Bird Report

List) to the County Recorder.

As... to save.
